Creating your cupsleeves! 🧋

We offer to take care of printing and cutting your cup sleeves. Don't have a design? We can take care of it!

✨ Design:

If you would like to create your own design, please send me a minimum quality of 2000 pixels; otherwise, I cannot guarantee optimal print quality. If I have to rework your design, I may ask you for a €10 commission.

✨ Cutting: 

You can tell us the size you want or we can recommend a template that fits most coffees.

Your design can be in a “classic” format or can be more sophisticated! (Please let me know). 

✨ Printing and cutting:

At Seven Vibes we take care of everything! 

Minimum quantity: None! Perfect if you're planning a small birthday-type event. 

✨ Quality:

For your information, our cupsleeves are printed on 350g/m2 matte paper (very thick) which provides optimum quality.

✨ Production time (printing and cutting): 

Please allow 15 days for manufacturing. If you would like to have cupsleeves made specifically, this is possible, but an additional charge will be required.

ATTENTION : The indicated timeframe only covers the printing and cutting part; the creation/modification of the design is not included. Delivery time is also not included.

We advise you to contact us as soon as possible for your event because I am alone for the production and I may already have other projects in progress.

✨ Commissions:

For your information, we do NOT take any commission on these projects unless you give us visibility (=ADVERTISING) by mentioning us BEFORE your event. This can be during your publication to announce your event or by making a story when you receive your cupsleeves.

When we make your design we indicate our user on the cupsleeves and we want you to mention us in your posts that mention the design.

Out of respect for our work and in view of the number of orders which has multiplied in recent months (A thousand thanks <3), if these conditions are not respected this will impact the price + we will no longer collaborate together for your next events.

✨ Price:

This price is for one design only. For multiple designs, please send me a message.

Please note: the price does not include shipping costs!

FROM 2025: €5 will be charged when the design is not created by us.

✨ Payment:

Payment by Paypal or bank transfer only.

Option to pay in two installments. Half when ordering and the rest BEFORE your package is shipped (Only valid for the printing service; other items/services are not covered by this option).

No exceptions will be made.

PLEASE NOTE: The above deadlines only begin after the first payment has been received. Late payment will impact the printing time.

✨ Freebies:

We may make freebies in addition to your order, we generally make them for people who trust us for the design part of their cupsleeves BUT it depends on the space we have left on our printing files so you may very well not have any for space reasons.

✨ Resale Cupsleeves (+ Freebies)


More and more people are reselling the cupsleeves we designed for free for profit (especially in
Fanpacks etc). The goal of offering you the design is to allow fanbases or other people to be able to carry out events without too much expense or to recover money to "reinvest" it in other events. Far be it from us to be graphic designers, but respect the work of others especially when we spend 2/3 hours per design (or even more). So if you wish to sell them afterwards, please let us know before making your cupsleeves.

We also offer other printing and cutting services such as photocards, postcards, and movie tickets with no minimum quantity.
