Return Policy

1. Scope
This return policy applies to all orders placed on the SevenVibesShop.com website, operated by Seven Vibes.
It supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
2. Personalized Products
Personalized products, made according to the Customer's specifications (dimensions, colors, text, visuals, or any other personalization), are neither returnable nor refundable, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
A return or refund may, however, be accepted only in the following cases:
defective product,
proven hidden defect.
3. Non-Personalized Products – Returns Accepted
Non-personalized products may be returned, subject to prior agreement from the Seller.
Return conditions:
the product must be new, unused,
returned in its original condition and packaging,
complete and in perfect condition for resale. Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
4. Return Period
The Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
Any request made after this period may be refused.
5. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, the Customer must contact customer service at the following address: sevenvibes.shop@outlook.com
No package returned without prior authorization will be accepted.
6. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 days, via the original payment method.
No refund will be issued if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
7. Damaged Products or Order Errors
If a damaged or non-conforming product is received, the Customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, providing evidence (photos).
A suitable solution will be offered (replacement or refund).
8. Untracked Shipping
When the customer voluntarily chooses a shipping method without tracking, they acknowledge and accept the risks of loss, delay, or non-delivery. Since no proof of delivery can be provided, no refund will be issued in the event of a dispute regarding receipt.
9. International Delivery
For orders shipped outside the country of origin, customs fees, local taxes, import duties, or VAT may be levied by the authorities of the destination country.
These fees remain entirely the responsibility of the Customer and are non-refundable.
