When the carrier provides tracking, a tracking number is sent to the Customer after the order has been shipped.

The Seller will make every effort to assist the Customer in resolving the issue, but cannot be held responsible for delays or incidents attributable to the carrier.

9. International Delivery – Customs and Taxes

These charges are entirely the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller has no control over these amounts and cannot determine them in advance.

Refusal by the Customer to pay these charges may result in the non-delivery of the package and will not entitle the Customer to a refund.
