This page details the terms and conditions applicable to the custom cupsleeve printing service offered by Seven Vibes Shop. Placing an order implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions below.
✨ Design & files provided
- The customer can provide their own design.
- Minimum resolution of 2000 pixels required.
- Seven Vibes Shop cannot be held responsible for an unsatisfactory result if the file is of poor quality.
- Retouching or modification possible with a commission of €10 .
- The manufacturing time does not include graphic design.
✨ Cutting & formatting
- Custom sizes available.
- Standard coffee template available if needed.
- Cutting carried out after validation.
✨ Quantity & designs
- No minimum quantity.
- Price valid for one design only.
- Multiple designs → quote required.
✨ Quality & materials
- Matte paper 350 g/m² .
- PEFC certified paper.
- Premium and eco-friendly finish.
✨ Manufacturing times
- Standard delivery time: 15 days .
- Express option available for an additional fee.
- The deadlines do not include graphic design or delivery.

- Delivery costs not included.
- Calculated at the time of payment.
- Seven Vibes Shop is not responsible for carrier delays.
✨ Visibility & collaborations
- No commission is requested in exchange for a mention in a story.
- Anyone whose username appears must mention Seven Vibes Shop.
- If the design is done by Seven Vibes Shop, the mention is mandatory.
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in a revision of the rate and the termination of future collaborations.
✨ Resale of cupsleeves
Any resale (fanpacks, sales, commercial profits) must be reported before production .
Undeclared resale may result in a price adjustment and the termination of all collaboration.
